Join the LRC for the 46th annual Lake to Lake 10k! This race is the oldest annual race in Polk County and runs through the Lakeland chain of lakes and historic Lake Morton district, encompassing three lakes during the course.
These are LIVE, in-person events. There are no virtual options.
RACE DATE and START: The race takes place on November 5 and starts at 7:30 AM near Lake Mirror.
REGISTRATION: Lake to Lake registration will close on November 2nd. Walk-up registration will be available during packet pick up Friday and Saturday. Shirts are not guaranteed for anyone registering after October 21st.
PACKET PICK UP: Early packet pickup will be on the Friday prior to the race from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the main room at the Cleveland Heights Country Club, located at 2900 Buckingham Ave, Lakeland, FL 33803. Race day pickup will be 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM at the Lake Mirror Promenade.
COURSE MAP: The 10k will start on Rose Street and finish on the Lake Mirror Promenade.
AWARDS: The overall male and female winners will be determined by gun time. Masters and grandmasters and all other age rewards are determined by their chip time. Awards will be presented around 9:00 AM on the Promenade.
SHIRTS AND MEDALS: Every participant will receive a finishers medal and a shirt, but you need to register early to have this guaranteed.
REFUND POLICY: If the Lakeland Runners Club would need to cancel the race, participants will be refunded their race entry fee.

The Lake to Lake 10k was founded in 1977. The race record belongs to Tom Nohilly of Gainesville, who finished the 1991 Lake to Lake 10K in 29:53.
