We are located in Downtown Lakeland Florida in Polk County. Martial Arts teaching of the complete martial art of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Providing advanced training in weapons, such as swords & long pole. The martial art school of Wing Chun Kung Fu provdes defense in knife, stick and no-gi jiujitsu street close combat selfe defense training. After school program with pick up is available for your children. They will learn the importance of discipline through Wing Chun and enjoy the art, dance, and culinary activities that we provide as well. We also have a Body transformation weight loss Bootcamp to help shed those unwanted pounds.

Sifu Justin Och trains people in Lakeland Florida in the complete Ip Man martial art of Wing Chun Kung Fu. He has been training since age 8 but it wasn’t until he started looking into reality based martial arts that he found his true passion in realistic self defense. Sifu Justin Och is always seeking out the knowledge & friendships of other practitioners, he is humbled by the depth and skill the art of Wing Chun (Ving Tsun / Wing Tsun) represents. His journey started in Kempo Karate to points of exhaustion, later training in Jiujitsu & Taekwondo. Through street & personal confrontations he sought out Wing Chun Kung Fu. It had the speed, techniques & effectiveness he had been searching for. After gaining his Black and Gold Sash in Wing Chun Sifu Justin Och trained in chinese grappling & no-gi jiujitsu under Master Dr. Nelson Rios and in no-gi jiujitsu under Beto Nunes (Beto Nunes is friend and a well respected 2nd degree Jiujitsu Black Belt in Lakeland Florida). I am very thankful to these two great men & martial artists. It is our goal to education, support, and provide safety for women’s protection, kids anti-bulling, family self defense, and improved survival of our students on the street using Wing Chun Kung Fu. The goal is has always been; greater survival for you and your family. Sifu Justin Och currently trains students and practitioners full time in Wing Chun Kung Fu at the Downtown Lakeland Close Combat Martial Art center. Training students and practitioners in Wing Chun street survival, stand up, knife, gun, stick and multiple attackers.
