This is an open-mic competition in Lakeland, FL consisting of all music genres and acts.

Each group/contestant will compete in front of 3 judges and a potentially-packed crowd for a chance to win a CASH PRIZE, as well as a long list of incentives and EXPOSURE!

We are encouraging ALL bands, music genres, comedians, etc. to come participate and make this a successful night!

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE ARTIST / ACT?

It goes without saying that if a contestant finishes in the top 3 they will be receiving an exclusive list of well-deserved prizes, but how are the rest of the contestants benefitting?

Each contestant will be performing in front of an audience and a regular SOCIALITE crowd. If you’ve ever been to The Socialite on a weekend, then you are very aware of how beneficial this could be. It could possibly give you the exposure you are looking for as a brand, band, or artist. Also, each contestant will be performing in front of one of Central Florida’s hottest DJ’s, DJ MyKeyMike (93.3 FLZ). Each judge is qualified and has been heavily involved in music so it wouldn’t hurt to leave a good impression .

What we, RedVision, are trying to do is bigger than any-one individual artist. We are trying to help guide musicians/artists. As well as help Polk County earn the recognition it deserves.

*REGISTRATION INFO:*

Solo Act – $25
Group Act – $50

– DEADLINE: October 5th

– You can register prior to paying. However, your fees must be paid before the deadline.

– THE FIRST 15 TO PAY their fees will secure their spots. The rest of you will be put on the list for next months competition.

– Order of performances will be drawn randomly the day of the event.

* Make sure to book your spot soon before spots run out. Once we reach a full roster you will be put on the list for the following contest.

* This will cover your entry into the competition as well as your cover charge for the rest of the night (as long as you keep your wrist-band.)

The contest might end at 11, but the party won’t stop. Stay and party at The Socialite with DJ MyKeyMike spinning the best mixes until 2am.
