Three men remained hospitalized Thursday following a fatal, two-vehicle crash Wednesday night on State Road 33 in Polk City. The accident killed the drivers of both vehicles, John Kilpatrick of Clermont and Whitney Johnson of Windermere, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said.
