As you may know, our good friend James “Wally” “Walt” Eldrige has been battling Leukemia since February. We are putting together an ALL STAR JAM on Sunday, September 25th in his honor and to raise money to assist him and his family as they continue their fight against this debilitating disease. James “Wally” “Walt” is known throughout the musician community and in Polk County clubs for his amazing musical talent on the Sax! No one can match his “Rockin'” style! We all want James to know how great the void is on the stage of ALL OF THE LOCAL BANDS without him on it! James has played with just about EVERY BAND in POLK COUNTY (most notably with “SPITFIRE”) and at ALL OF THE LOCAL JAMS at one time or another. The Excitement that he creates when he steps on stage with his sax FOR THE BAND and FOR THE AUDIENCE is UNMATCHED! Let’s all pull together to support this wonderful musician and Brother. Besides his amazing talent, James is just about one of the nicest guys we’ve ever had the honor to meet. As a community, let’s show our support for OUR FRIEND! MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW!
